I would love to work for Michaels because I personally have spent much time in the store as a customer. I know where much of the stock is already and I enjoy the enthusiastic atmosphere around me. I feel like I could be comfortable and work hard here. Its a greaat plaaace!
Whats it like working at Michaels?
Michaels Employee Reviews. The employees are hardworking and pleasant to work with and the daily workload and expectations are pretty fair. The only issues that came up were the scheduling, lack of communication, and more often than not days where the store is short staffed.
Is an in person interview a good sign?
A second interview is always a good sign. It means that they are interested enough to know more about you and what you can do for their business. For myself, it was one of the most unprofessional displays I’ve ever undergone in an interview process.
