Lucian is easier due to his mobility, but he has shortest range. He is not a difficult champion. His kit is fairly easy to understand and he offers a lot in practically every area of play. He has very few significant weaknesses, with a strong early, mid, and late game, high mobility, burst, poke, and sustained damage.
