Is UWorld harder than Nclex 2019?
The main reason I’m commenting is to discuss the difficulty of the UWorld questions vs the NCLEX-RN exam: the questions on UWorld are definitely more challenging! UWorld recommends that you score at least 60% on all tests/practice questions to prepare yourself for the NCLEX. My first time through I averaged 64.75%.
What is a good percentile rank for UWorld?
In my experience with Uworld and the NCLEX, it is generally a safe bet that if you consistently get >60%, you’ll do fine on the NCLEX. People who get really high percentiles (80-90%) might have a higher likelihood of it shutting off earlier than those who got 60%, but everyone still passed.

Is the Nclex really that hard?
The NCLEX is hard. You might have gotten through nursing school with marathon all-nighters, but last-minute cramming is not going to be enough to pass the NCLEX. In fact, cramming before a test often has the opposite effect, leading to: Mixing up the facts you’ve already learned.
What if I never pass Nclex?
What Happens If You Do Not Pass the NCLEX-RN Exam the First Time? Though the vast majority of candidates pass the exam the first time, those who fail are permitted to retake it after 45 days from their original test date. Candidates may retest as many as 8 times in a year.
What happens if you don’t pass Nclex?
If you didn’t pass the exam, you’ll receive a NCLEX Candidate Performance Report (CPR). The CPR is an individualized document that shows how a candidate performed in each of the test plan content areas. Candidates who fail the exam can use the CPR as a guide to prepare them to retake the exam.
