As they are delicious both hot or cold, they will also make lovely bitesized appetiser or snack on a game night or as a part of larger mezze spread! Some versions of lamb kofta have breadcrumbs (or stale bread soaked in milk) and eggs in them but I’ve kept mine naturally gluten and egg free!
