It’s certainly worth it if you vaporise. The amount of kief that falls off the bud isn’t enough to make a noticeable difference. I just like to give it a little jiggle after each grind and maybe after a couple months, I’ll check my kief catcher.

Get a toothbrush and really try and scrape all the stick keef out onto a piece of paper for easy handling.
