How do you get to Volcano Bay from Universal?

The only vehicle transport to go to volcano bay is their own free transport from the theme park bus stop. When we left the water park we took a shuttle bus to a universal hotel. Then got an uber from the hotel. As the bus queue back to the theme park was HUGE.
