Can you use any wax in a Scentsy warmer?
A. You can be we strongly advise against using other types of wax in your Scentsy Warmer. Our special paraffin wax is lightweight and created to melt at a low temperature. You may find that other waxes won’t even begin to melt in your Scentsy warmer due to our waxes low melting point.

The straight answer is “Yes We Can” put essential oil in a wax burner, however it is very important to follow some safety precautions. We love essential oils, and if you’re like me, we can’t live without them because their beautiful fragrance helps us to relax and they are part of our daily well-being routine.

As I mentioned above, you can “recharge” your melted wax by adding more essential oils to it and make them strong scented again. Or you can stick the top of your wax burner in the freezer, just so the wax shrinks just enough that it will pop out.
