You can get a Moon Stone in Diamond from:

  1. Wild Lunatone, who have a 5% chance of holding a Moon Stone. (You must have Sapphire inserted into the GBA slot to encounter a wild Lunatone.)
  2. Wild Clefairy, who also have a 5% chance of holding a Moon Stone.
