Go to deeprun tram, get to ironforge, follow the road east to loch modan, then run north to wetlands from loch.
Is there a portal to Boralus in Ironforge?
No Ironforge doesn’t really have portals. The dwarves are too cool for that business. Fastest would be setting your hearthstone to Boralus.

You mostly get heirlooms through luck though, unfortunately. They can only be obtained through Apex Crates, with just a one in 500 chance of getting a set of 150 heirloom shards. With these shards, you can then buy whichever heirloom set you want from the in-game heirloom store.
