Violence & Gore Mainly supernatural violence, It can be very bloody. Lots of stabbings and gun fights. In the last few episodes it is extremely violent with lots of blood, satan sacrifices and other god-like stuff. People combust into blue flames and die.
Is there any romance in Ao no Exorcist?
Blue exorcist isn’t really a romance anime. There’s more latter on in the manga, but not in the 2 seasons of the anime that are out. There’s a budding romance going on but even then, much like everyone’s said, it isn’t much of a major focus right now. Even then, it’s mostly in the manga.
