The Flight Path is in SW Desolace in Shadowprey Village (turn right at as you get to the sea) Once you’re in the village head down to the end of the fishing peer.

How do I level up my silvermoon rep?

Best way would be to just run all the old dungeons on heroic (can only run them once a day). By this I mean, go to Outland, run every dungeon on heroic. Then go to Northrend, run every dungeon on heroic. Rinse repeat for every expansion until you are exalted (which should only take a day).

Can you get blood elf heritage armor on a boosted character?

Once you unlock the Heritage Armor it’s available on all your characters of the same Allied Race. To make it short: Don’t use the 120 boost on allied races if you care for the heritage armor. The core races are, however, fine to boost. You also can still get the heritage armor on them.
