Cover your top and bottom teeth with a very thin layer of the whitening gel using the included brush. Focus on your front “smile” teeth. Leave your mouth open for at least 60 seconds to allow the gel to dry. Leave the gel on your teeth while you sleep, then brush as usual in the morning.
