They are unlocked by completing the request “Harvest All Crops Except Emery”. That is unlocked by completing the request “Harvest All Non-Gold Veggies”, followed by completing each of the Gold Crop Requests AND all flower related requests. Currently playing: MH4U and Rune Factory 4.
