  1. Go to your “Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect\Config” folder.
  2. Open the “BIOEngine. ini” in a text Editor.
  3. Search for “Language=ITA” and change it to “Language=INT” (Without the quotes)
  4. Save the file.
  5. Now ME1 will be in English.
