We allow for a 10 day grace period for Kohl’s Cash to be used in stores. However, if this is a Yes2You rewards certificate, it is only valid during the month it was issued during.
How do I claim my Kohls rewards?
If your Kohls.com shopping account and Kohl’s Rewards® account are linked, any Kohl’s Cash® that has been added to your Wallet can be applied directly to your purchase during checkout. When in your shopping cart, under “Order Summary”, choose “Apply” to add your available Kohl’s Cash and other discounts to your order.
Does Kohls honor expired coupons?
When it comes to Kohl’s store coupons, you can not use them past their expiration date. The policy notes that Kohl’s Cash can be redeemed up to ten days past the expiration date. Keep in mind this policy does not have to be honored and will vary from store to store.

Can I use my Kohl’s card before I receive it?
Remember, you’re able to shop before your new card arrives! To use your new Kohl’s Card account, simply present a valid ID in store and let an associate know that you do not have your card yet.
Can you use someone else’s Kohls card?
An authorized user can make purchases on the account. Although not legally responsible for payment, credit history of the account will be reported to the authorized users’ credit bureau. As the primary cardholder, you will be responsible for any charge made on the account.
How does Kohls card work?
The company’s rewards program pays points when you make purchases in a Kohl’s store or online. You’ll earn 1 point for every dollar spent, and every 100 points earns a $5 reward. You don’t have to be a Kohl’s Charge cardholder to participate in the program.

To report your card lost or stolen, please contact Kohl’s Customer Service Center at (855) 564-5748. You can reach us from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Saturday, and 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CT, Sunday. A Customer Service representative will be able to close your current card and issue you a new one.
