How do you match the tempo of two songs in audacity?

Select the first piece in Audacity 1.3. 5 and select "Change Tempo" from the Effects menu. Now select the second track. Our two pieces are now at the same tempo and we can use the "Time Shift Tool" to drag the second clip, so that the beginning of it lines up with the end of the end of the first clip.
