Can you out damage Jads healers?
It is certainly possible to out damage them; I sorta unintentionally did that for my first Fire Cape. But I also had 90 Ranged and a Slayer Helm which a fair bit stronger than 76 Ranged and Void. So in your case, I wouldn’t try to out damage the healers.
Can I out DPS Jad healers?
The conclusion: No, not even close, all healers on jad just basically healed him to 100% in about 20 seconds but I ended up killing him same fight, just tag the healers and watch your health and prayers. Change your prayer, change weapon, change your prayer, click healer, change your prayer, etc.
