And so long as you feed regularly (which isn’t) hard, there are no further downsides. However it can be loads of fun to play as a vampire, if you enjoy rp and the like. If you are in any way sneak/thief/assassin oriented it’s TOTALLY worth it. I feel that vampirism is an unfinished part of Oblivion.
