If your Gateway recovery partition is still intact and you can’t boot into Windows:

  1. Power on your computer.
  2. Press the following combination of keys at boot: Alt and F10.
  3. The Gateway Recovery Management software should load.
  4. Select Restore system from factory default.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Wait for the process to finish.
