How do you close a Zipcar trip?

- All personal belongings are to be taken with you (and any rubbish)
- Tap the ‘lock’ icon to lock the car.
- Press the ‘End Trip’ button to finish the reservation.

The Zipzone is where you can pick up and drop off Flex vehicles. You will need to be searching within the Zipzone to see it highlighted on the map.
What happens if my Zipcar isn’t there?
Call us at 866-4ZIPCAR. We can direct you if the vehicle is at a nearby alternate location. If the vehicle is not nearby we can move you to another vehicle.
